As for gender, I think not, But your other ideas might be supported already in Worldscape Blitz ;D

i think the new genders sound good, except it should be an item that turns you into the other genders, like a mourner's  cloak turns you into that one monster, but  ry said hes not making custom items...

Those are ideas are pretty good but would be time consuming. Jeremy or Ryan would have to find valuable time to do it. So as Zack said "this will never happen".
