The client and the web client always freezes at "loading config" and i deleted the cache,redownloaded the client...and done every thing...But the result is 0...Can some help me? i have only 2 weeks to play and i have no more time...Please help.

Each time i open blitz it says "loading config" and freezes i can't play and i have only 2 weeks and won't able to play anymore again please help me.
