It doesn't make any changes to the registry, but just flushes out your RAM. Useful if you are feeling that it's too slow or you're a "high intensity" user. Not as necessary if you're fine with how your computer runs. If could wipe out program data from the RAM, though, so try to use it after you close your applications and before you run any new ones.

There is also the alternative of upgrading the RAM instead, especially if you need to run the script several times.

In this day and age, copyright has become more generally a very lenient thing, at least several parts of the web. The ability to "copy/paste" allows for one to create indefinite carbon-copies of music, images, and text, and then be distributed far and wide across the internet. Somehow it has become mingled with the act of creativity, "re-inventing", and whatnot, so a majority of media is fused with unauthorized copies.

I'm sure that all of the rules in Classic also apply to Blitz unless some are discarded or updated in an announcement.

There was a time where swearing was illegal (I think), but it was shrunk down only to directed swearing.
