You wanna know what's really bugging me? Two words. AFK STAFF.
Today, my acc "Brian" was hacked by Leet or Spare Life. I made a new account to tlk to the staff. I have been trying to get their attention for a long time. Unfortunately, they were all afk. I can understand if the staff was fk for like 20 mins-1 hour, but they were afk for several hours.
Please staff, can you stop afking?
I would also like to see this happen. I know that you afk because the fact that you're there makes rule breaking less likely, but you might as well not be there if you're afk for hours on end.

I also like to see it happen, I'd like this community to have active players as well as active staff. A server without active staff isn't really helpful.

I agree the staff on here aren't helpful 99% of the time that their on cuz they are always afk or they think they're too good for you and ignore you.. Staff need to learn that having a crown doesn't make you better than everyone else. Most mods are too self-centered and it's annoying. I think admins are really good but they're never online so it's hard to talk to them.
I like Mute and Insomnom the most because they are always nice and they always help no matter what. Rivin just sits in lumby all day showing off his torso and nezzy and rune defender...

Rivin X doesn't show off his items. He is helpful when some player calls him.
Mostly some staff are AFK.
But sometimes some staff look like they are AFK but are not.

I was talking about when they don't answer them.. Which is often the case. I can see why you would think that every staff person is absolutely perfect and that there's always some 'reason' why they don't answer you, but I'm afraid you're not always right.
Thank you for your feedback everyone. I will more than likely send a memo about this tomorrow in the Staff only section. I even agree with this - if you can't pay attention to the screen stay logged off the game. (This goes for Gold Crowns only)

That's not true... Oscar has a soul, you guys.. Oscar was truely afk though. Avery just ignores people altogether. Whenever someone he likes and knows well comes along and just feels like chatting he'll do that for hours on end. Why is he a forum mod too? I don't think he has processed more than five forum reports on here... Not like reporting someone, but actioning it...

They can't stay on forever you know, they have a life as well as the AllGoFree Staffs.
Sometimes you guys have to understand that, we won't always be on when you need us. One reason why is the time difference, for all you know I can be at school while it's 8 o'clock at night for you. I try my best not going AFK, and I would usually tell people who is around me. Also, at times I may be on another tab... who isn't?

@Topic I hope this situation of being AFK gets better. Its best to be online, paying attention, and helping other player, rather than just standing there.

Afk staff is a problem, yes.
Though sometimes there are genuine situations where something has come up and they have to leave quickly or forget to log out.
However rare.. Eh, dunno. I
personally try not to go afk without letting people know beforehand. 'nd if it will be for too long, I log out.
Then again, I haven't been logging on much lately, so I guess it doesn't really matter what I do.

Nope. That's why I said I liked that fact. Because none of the staff that are actually a part of this problem go on the forums to realize that we're pissed off at what they're doing. So this topic is pretty much to get other people's support while not even being seen by the staff who actually do it.
It's pretty obvious the staff who log on and minimize their client\just open a new tab don't care too much.
They can stay AFK(Which should count as some form of inactivity, right?), have people complain about it on the Forums, not bother checking that forum post, and just get away with it.
They have no reason to care about what the community thinks of them.

The in game staff not coming on here doesn't bother me at all. Pavillion and Rivin X not moderating this at all bothers me. Pavillion moderates when she comes on, but Rivin doesn't do shit. I know you don't have to post to moderate, but it's pretty obvious he doesn't...
I really agree with you. Rivin doesn't do shit for Blitz or the forums that I can see.

The Staff for this website (Forum Moderators, Player Moderators and IRC Moderators) are not required to immediately tend to every question from every player. They are just like you - they play the game. They have the option to answer questions or to ignore whomever they want. As long as none of the Moderators are disrespectful to you then their's no problems. We take player respect VERY seriously and any Moderator caught being bluntly disrespectful will be removed with no questions asked.
They are busy people, just like you. They play the game, multi-task and watch YouTube videos and many other things. Keep this in mind when demanding answers from one of them.
I'm sorry you guys feel ignored. If all else fails post your questions here on the Forum and myself or any of the other Gold Crowns will do their best to get an answer to you.
In regards to bashing one Moderator over and over - it stops now. No more.
Please note that Gold Crowns (Administrators) of the website are OBLIGATED to help you. They are in-game and on the website to strictly offer customer support to you guys. If a Gold Crown is ever AFK, then please by all means let me know and that will surely be taken care of.
