So will this be enabled once again if the correct map data is in place? Or is it always going to be like that now?

We can't get the mapdata for it, but we might be able to disable the command for 508 users and then restore the PvP area. :o

Map data is XTEA decryption keys that can only be obtained from real RuneScape when it was on that client revision. :(
