I have tried to use the link to teleport me back to Lumbridge but my page always say cannot find the link what's going on?

Don't bother with the link. Just log in with the 317 client and move your dude to Lumbridge on your own.
Try to post on the correct board in the future, If you're not sure where to post just look at the board description under the board too see where the appropriate place it :)
As Kane said above just log on to the old 317 client and type ::Lumby. Some of the mapdata isn't added to the 508 yet so watch out 8)
