Currently, in Runescape, that is the correct location of the bankers.
When they added in the Grand Exchange in 2007 or 2008, they changed the layout of the bank. In worldscape right now, they have the old bank right there, but the bankers for runescape right now.
I'm sure ryan's aware of this yet he has more important things to handle :)
