I kinda feel split on this.  On one hand, we could fix the entire economy, yet on another hand, it could ruin PK'ing, as jake pointed out. 

If there is something that is done, then it should be taken a different way.  Let's say that:

Person A has 100 Whips.

Person B has 1000 Whips.

Person C has 10,000 Whips.


There should be a way that it's a 'Curb', in which:

Person A will keep 80 Whips (80%)

Person B will keep 600 Whips (60%)

Person C will keep 900 Whips (9%)

This is just my two cents IF this is done, it's one way to address this situation.  These numbers are just estimates.

So many people will rant if/when/somehow it passes.  This is what happens when get the same people in office for the past 20+ years, that only care for their own personal gain and have no regards to their beraucratic reponsibilities.

My Computer can't quite handle 508... but from what I've seen, it's the better one.  317 still works great though.

I agree 100% with this.

The main purpose of donating is to help assist the server, not just to get an AGS the easy way. It defeats the purpose of donating, if you get items.
Sure, Barrows is becoming semi-obsolete if you can get the items after 5 minutes, compared to grinding hours at barrows, which is how I got my items; yet to me, I'd rather get my items the hard way, then just get it by donating.

Yet on the flip side, Donating allowed for the server was able to be put back onto a VPS, which has helped everybody.  The items served as an incentive for people to contribute to Worldscape, and weren't meant to be the main focus of donating. 

99.9% of bullies are just people that want to make themselves feel good by acting all "rough and tuff" over somebody. Standing up for yourself is the best thing to do to avoid bullies.

Good job for giving him what he deserved.

Personally, I'd like to see Herblore working in a small way.  It'd be cool if some of the potions worked, or had different effects.
