Suggestions / Members & Non-Members.

Hey

I am posting this to put forward the suggestion
of having Members & Non-Members.

Therefore, if you were to have this, there would
have to be member spots, items, commands, ect.

Also, the requirments to become a member would
have to be decided by you, as i have no clue. :D

This doesn't have to happen, i just thought i would
take the time to put it forward and see what
happens.

Hey

I reckon Skill Capes would be a good idea for a
player that has a maxed stat.

Should also make sure that you can't wear it
without the required skill. As some other servers
let the players wear the cape at any level.

Hope you can make it happen.
