vote for the best pkers out there and at the end of the quarter i will give 3 rares to that person if i see them on or i will give it to the 2nd or 3rd placed person, if none of them are on then those rares will be givin to next months winner+the rares they would have won

Quarters end on March 31st, June 30th, September 30th, and December 31st

please say how many votes you want to put in for each person, unless you modify those, they will be counted as 1 vote for each, max of three votes per day, 5 days a week, if you stick to those rules you can give ur favorite pker 15 votes a week and 60 votes a month!

ok im adding new rules, im putting them here so everyone will notice them

1) you can only use one vote on each person (previous multi-votes still count towards the players)
2) the prize will be awarded every 3 months, but you have to get 100 votes to win or you wouldnt be considered the best
