Yeah, there should be something that when you reach some skill level 99, you get automatically a Skillcape to your inventory.
Also that you won't lose it in death.
Nope, Ryan is oging to add the correct NPC's for when you get a 99, you can buy the Skillcape for 99,000 Gp.
