I believe so. I think all white stuff is really rare, although it was recently dropped at a drop party from Kevin.

I'm not really an unlucky dude. I got it from a new player when I gave him a bunch of startup items. I was curious as to where he got it. He had it in his bank from years before. I just was curious really. It's not like I gave bank for it.
