i think even though there have been many changes in this server that there should be a new skill.

Id' pick Slayer. It would be a good opportunity for you to level your Combat stats plus Slayer stats.
I'd pick construction. House Parties would be the bomb ::)

Personally, I'd like to see Herblore working in a small way. It'd be cool if some of the potions worked, or had different effects.
