Tech Support / I can't log in it just freezes and see black screen!

Hi,I have a problem I've worked so hard to get all my rares need help!My account is frozen.When ever I log on the screen freezes and you can't see anything its a black screen and if anyone can help write!Also,you cant type anything it freezes to fast. :'(
