so simple like farming..
fishing:
ea shark gives 27.5k
then u need to calculate it will be like next:
27500x16746=460,515,000
you need 460,504,778 for 135 fishing
you can buy fishing stuff ::fish
then get lv68 fishing from 1 at ::fish
then go ::fguild fish lobs that ea give about 13k xp till u reach lv78 i think
then u can use harpoon and fish shark.
cooking:
each shark gives 52.5k cooking exp
then u need to calculate it will be like next:
52500x????=460,504,778
52500x8868=450,504,778
8872 shark for lv135 cooking=460,530,000

I don't see how he could, Worldscape has it's own unique leveling system and Xp points needed and gained per time you Catch/Cook something (Or whatever it may be).
Unless another server has copied Worldscape. Doubt that though.
