Whenever i want to talk a little on the IRC, it just doesn't connect. What is wrong with the IRC?

My sisters account "Lmfao Babe" was supposed to be unmuted and she is not!
Also, there is a theshop glitch

When i sell an item when 1 slot is left and someone else does it at the same time, the worldscape client automatticly closes and doesnt let me open it for 10 minutes! Please tell me what i should do :(
