Probably because all the staff are really busy with RR and WS so they just haven't had time. I'm sure Kevin would help you and everyone out with account troubleshooting as he's a good guy.

Experience: Helped me get back online.

Ryan should get a VPS to host the forums and the servers off for world 1 and world 2 so there is no off time. Because off time equals no more new players because if they try to connect to the server and the login servers are offline they won't come back here.
