I've found out how to do it and I think a player is abusing it. Not %100 positive though.

Yep I had this bug too. If you die anywhere (or at least at the time it happened to me) it doesn't have to be at the minigame, anywhere.. Then you turn into that blob thing. Then I was like WTF cause I died at funpk. So I relogged, and had a gas mask on.
