i forgot my pass and try to recover my account and in my screen i see we send you a message and read it.
but i didnt get the message what i need to do?
We have sent you an email. Please read the email and follow the instructions to recover your password. this is what they see.
Make sure that the email you registered the account on is a valid one. If so and that's the case message Kevin or Ryan in the game or here, they will recover your account for you. This has been a problem with many players and contacting either one of them will resolve it.
