Why is Elsa holding a Glaceon? It's one of the weakest evolutions for Eevee. If she's a half decent trainer she'll be using a Vaporeon.

Just because she's ice doesn't mean she needs to use ice. 99% of successful trainers have variety in their teams. That's why the gym leaders are so easy to beat.
