Yeah I think that one is way better. Personal opinion though.

No personal opinion about it, its all round better than the original one. makes it look more vibrant and makes the message clearer.
Also in the first one the text looks a lot more blurry, in the second one the skillcapes on the edges sort of draws most eye attention. It make it look more fluent also.

Your pretty good at giving CnC, and it does look a lot stronger than the first one.
