Thats honestly how they come into the game. Other players.
jeremy and ryan made the server then got some players to play it.. he gave them items and then mroe people started playing and then they thought is was unfair to give items out now so they stoped and now the items just keep gettign traded from 1player to another. some npc's will drop items like the kbd(king black dragon) he drops black flowers, adam t platebodies, ruby rings, gold rings.. etc.
Rune Boots: Droped by SmokeDevils or Kbd
Sled: Obtain by Holiday Event.
Horns helm?(Berserker helm?)If so you can get at North Pole for sure.
