Just checked.. They aren't in the Ranged shop. I'm pretty sure they were deleted and added to the barrows chest, or some other drop. I'm not really sure.

Yea I mean I don't remember them being in the shop after WS blitz was released because for blitz they were moved to be a rare otherworldly being drop from northpole instead of buying them in shops.
I'm yet to see a Robin Hood drop and i've camped them all last night. James, can we get some insight to this?
