Japan's Nuclear Crisis

Since the Earthquake and Tsunami's that have hit Japan, a few nuclear power plants are on the verge of a meltdown.  At about 21:00 eastern, there was another explosion + meltdown in the Fukushiki (proboably mis-spelled) power-plant.  The explosions released nuclear radiation into the atmosphere, which will be carried over the air, and impact the entire world.  If more of these nuclear reactors continue to mal-function, we could see the Chernobyl accident yet again, but on a much larger scale.

Please discuss.
