Is there anyone that knows which one of these tools in the below link will help me get my admin password  on a standard user account? My sis and father forgot the admin password :[] and the password reset disk didn't work i tried it.. because the admin account is different to the one i'm using for the past few weeks.

When you burn that ISO file, use a program like Imgburn, because that way it should correctly format it.

He has Windows Vista...

Does that work for Mac only?

That's why I suggested the program Imgburn in the first place, because Mac's have their own disk-writing software with the OS.

(And to note, I have Windows XP Pro installed on a seperate partition of my mac's harddrive, meaning that with a restart, my mac becomes a windows laptop.)

hmm ill try it soon and let you know how it works out.
And ive seen windows xp on a mac its awesome =]
