Where do i CREATE an acc?

Sorry, im pretty Stupid. ><           but umm, where can i CREATE an acc? it says on da main pg and stuff but idkk. do i use THIS acc? i tried but no i dont think so :S coz it didnt work.     where do i Create an acc?? nd How??                                        Please help!  :D            .xx.

 You simply type any username that hasn't been took and your password, after that click log in. Remember to keep your password safe, Do Not give it to anyone.

ya do what con said, but u have to download the client first then go to where it says username and passworyd then then type what u want it to be and then thats aboout it,
