Mabye add a tab like the "Home" tab, but it would say "Blitz Highscores" and it would bring you to the highscores.

Or they could just put a "high scores" button above the client while you are playing.(like the "Worldscape blitz forums" on classic) I don't think a button like that would be necessary, But no one really needs to worry about that until Blitz is launched publicly.
