For the first and second one they just have you talk with an owner.
The third one they start topics for and select people for.


Look through other topics to see if some of these have been suggested before because the first 2 have been multiple times before...

Thursday, There already was a staff/mod application section. But it got locked due to flamming because people said that they don't deserve it yadada. So yeah.
If losing makes us stronger where all winners in the end.
