bank is not working right.

my bank currently will not let me change the postion of the item's on the 17 line counting down.I can take item's out put not put them on or under line 17.I would be grateful if anybody would tell me how to fix this problem.Just another thing i have asked mooshu,sickology,con1887,and triniboy,allgofree staff members.If you know how to fix or are encountering the same problems please tell/help me.My in-game name is "iruleatlife."thanks for your time.

But it lets him do it above the "17th" line, It probably is full, Caponer is a legend with things, He'd probably know :) <3

If you have some empty space in you bank just put inv full of items and put them back to bank. It fills the empty spots in your bank, and then you should be able to move them ??? not sure

Enter,it doe's not work.I tried but when its on the 17th line i cant swop. :(
