It loads, but shows a black screen

When i get on the site, it loads the game, i log in, it shows all the skills and the type screen. The only problem is that the map and the area is black, and i cant see anything but the items listed above. Why is it doing this, and how can i stop it?  :-\

Try typing "::etele" when you log in.

Pull up another page and browse that for 10 secs or so then go back to the game screen.
