Forum Suggestion "Bump Topic"

I just think you should have a button that brings a topic to the top of the page without needing to post. And it should only be able to be used on each topic once every hour or so.

I like it, but most people don't go to each board and look at those posts, they usually just check unread topics, new replies to topics you've posted in, or what other people are currently looking at.
