hello, look im not asking to get unip-banned but im just wondering who iped me and why. ???

You can simply just message the only people who could have banned you: Mod Sean, Jeremy or Ryan.

Typically if you get banned for any reason you obviously did something wrong. As Serguy said, try PMing Ryan about this.
