Nope, it must be the connections on your ends or your computer. I have graphs of the memory usage, disk usage, CPU usage, and bandwidth uses of the VPS and they are no where near their limits. :P

Yes it is my computer, because i tried it at my sisters house and it worked perfectly fine.
