why cant i log in?

well ive tried everything. ive downloaded the client waited some everything? but everythime i go to login it say error connecting to server. :( or something like that. any help?

The server is currently in a state that I like to refer to is stuck. Ry60003333 is gone for another week and unfortunately the server will remain in this state until he returns.
