So i have a question about this post. Where is this monster located? And im also curious why it can't be double teamed lol..Thanks, If you find Where the monster is located please inform me...Thanks Again!  Also can someone tell me how much a fox is worth i wanna trade it for claws.

He had that idea for a while but it will never be in the game because a monster dropping bulk items would destroy the economy of Blitz.

well thats why it appears only once a day or week or month, but if u make it once a month then make the bulk items bigger plz

If the bulk items you want it to drop are like barrows or dragon armour then the only way to get those would be from doing barrows and killing monsters that drop dragon like KBD or Kalphite Queen.
