That's a whole different suggestion. Like maybe Team cape 1 is reserved for the best clan in the game? And the closer to number 1 cape you have the higher rank your clan is?

We can just make the shops and players can handle the capes like they do on RuneScape. A clan picks a cape and sticks to it. During a War/Battle they only use that cape.

Maybe this could be added along with a clan wars mini-game or staff hosted event. just so everybody knows its fair.
