Etele shades

Lately a lot of players have been training on Etele shades, and the number is increasing every day. As we all know Etele shades is probably the best place to train under ::tar. My suggestion is if possible; make them spawn faster or make more of them spawn because in average there are at least five to six players training on them and half of the time two players are not able to train. Please look into this it will help the community a whole lot.
