The only way that you can donate is if you make a Paypal account, then add a card. If you don't have access to a Credit Card you can get a pre-paid one from your bank branch. Then you can put as much money on it and donate like that, I know it's a hassle but that's the only way you can donate. Unless Ryan lets you donate Runescape Gold.

As of now, and more then likely forever you cannot donate physical cash, and we do not accept RS Gold at all.
