Introduction forum

I think Ryan should add a Introduction page to forums so if new people want to introduce them selves to the server they don't take up the Gen WS forum page.  :)

support and myabe for the into a dutch page too because the most dutch people dont know how to use a forum.

I don't think this is that big of a deal, because the purpose of General is to cover topics not covered by other boards.

As Kane mentioned there is no need for a board like that, General Worldscape works fine.

We don't get massive amounts of people joining in one day, ATM ;), so the General WS board won't get built up.
