I think that the Strength Skills capes and the Strength hood should have a +10 Bonus because you have gotten and trained so hard for the 135 Strength and that item being for only people with 135 in the skill so I think they should have a +10 strength bonus each.

Uhh.. You already got 135 strength, and you want another 10+ strength bonus?
If you are wearing the cape you'll get 136 temporally, and you already can hit like 60+ with whip..

I don't mean an extra 10 on the skill I mean like on the strength bonus so fire cape give you 5 strength bonus and strength cape is 0 strength bonus it should be 10 strength bonus.

I'd rather it just give the same bonus as fire cape. I would wear strength cape for PKing then.

You already have 135... Isn't that strong enough? I remember I was able to hit 68's and 70's before these updates with new weps and armors... I've seen some of you guys hit higher then that.

earning the level does earn the cape... why not just make skills go to 145?

The cape is what you "earn" from getting 135. To me I think that's enough.
