I very much like TobyTurner/Tobuscus as well as BlueXephos/Yogscast.

I used to watch ElevatorShow and ManInTheBox (same people, different shows) but ElevatorShow is stopping. This is the last season and ManInTheBox stopped years ago, I believe.
Either way, still awesome to watch if you haven't seen them. Though that might just be my horrible humor. =P

Edit: Also, brentalfloss. His video-game-music-with-lyrics videos are pretty awesome.
