New Insane RuneScape Drops from Ring of Wealth?

Okay, take a look at the following page from runescape wiki:

http://runescape.wikia.com/wiki/Rare_drop_table#Ring_of_Wealth_drops

Read the table for the ring of wealth and take a look at some of the things that can be dropped just from even basic monsters. My friend even got 2,500 saradomin brews from a greater demon, which was about 13M just from a ring of wealth....

Well according to Guthix all I have to do is kill enough monsters to get a lucky roll on the first roullette, then anything on the second roullette will give me some money. Not necessarily a lot of money though.
