Cross Dressing Rule?
« on: December 29, 2010, 02:40:31 am »
I'm ranting about how you can now get "Banned" for being the opposite sex and not telling people. I know it's disgusting and disturbing, but think about it. Sometimes don't you want to be diffrent and not yourself? I do get aggrivated when people fake it, but not enough for the player to get banned? It shouldn't matter that much to staff if somebody is somebody else.... THIS IS A GAME, NOT REALITY...  >:(

Zokian - Don't post on a forum if you have nothing to add.

@topic - Okay.
So.. I've heard this a couple of times, but only from random players and mainly as a joke about ZeldaGirl.
Was this actually announced as an OFFICIAL rule? 'cause I can't find it anywhere.
'nd if it wasn't, then I don't see the problem.

I agree with you Dax, I mean really. People do it so they can be someone different for a change.

What made you create this? Has anyone been banned over this recently?

All girls are men and all boys are undercover FBI agents watching the girls (men).

Yeah, Well Natalie is a guy. He made Natalie to make himself feel as a girl, and he went on an account called "Essar X" (A guy) and was stopped and an admin was saying who are you? and such and then they checked the ip and said to admit that he was Natalie and Double D and so then he didn't want to admit it. (Obviously because if you do then you can't act as it anymore?) And so he wanted to still keep it a secret and they were getting pissed that he kept it a secret. And I made this because that would be stupid reason to get banned. Yeah you lose a bit of respect for the person, but still doesn't make you feel the urge to ban them. And doesn't this server want people? I don't think banning cross dressors will help get them...

Well I was with the Admins and Mod and they said you can get banned, So i'm sure it's now a rule....

I know, Mute.
But the joking is usually based around that sole user. No one else.

Welp, I still can't find it anywhere.
'nd I've not been told by any admins or owners to take action about it or report it.
So to me, the rule is non-existent.

If someone was pretending to be a girl then told everyone they were a boy, I'd feel as though I can't trust them any more.
Thinking is more interesting than knowing, but less interesting than looking.

Maybe they do lose the trust of players ,but that's no reason to get banned.

So cute :3

You can never tell if a guy is posing as a Girl sadly, but what if they're Gay Irl? (I'm not towards them at all) but maybe they want to play the game also.. You never know.

In  my head, I feel like guys think that the girls get more of an advantage. Then they began to want to see and explore the life of a girl. I hope that make sense to you.. o.O

I don't really see the big deal, to be honest.
If that's what they want to do, it's not bothering me any.
The only possible problem it would cause is if they were doing it in a sexual manner.
But other than that... shit, it's the internet. If you want to pretend like you're a different gender, go for it.

Honestly, "she" was a nice player was annoying sometimes and i did suspect something weird with "she" since the 3rd time I've met that player "she" keeps on logging out soo fast before i can get a chance to respond...
Anyway.. Was "she" warned or given any sort of chance to correct "she" mistake?
