Yes.. You peoples are entirely right.. However, some younger people are Mature like Joker.(most of the time ) Some other little kids play and they feel tough just because an older person can't kick their butt no matter what they say. It just makes them feel better about themselves.. but you can't physically make someone grow up, They have to mentally grow up first.
