A Petition: Toward how staff are chosen

This is not to say that staff suck or they have no lives, this is just a petition that when moderators, administrators are chosen other staff should have a word in who is chosen. Not that Jeremy's decision's are bad and horrible, it's just that consulting other staff would add more perspective to who all is chosen. I just believe that staff could be chosen more wisely.
But I've seen that the staff haven't been as devoted as they used to be...
For example...
Cole- Whenever I see him, he just does ::emote. I've had many people curse others out right in front of me, and he did nothing.
X- is Afk all the time and does nothing except when jeremy or ry on.
and others are just not participating as much.

I've hardly done emotes, ever, until recently. I was trying to find the bunny hop emote, so I scanned about 600 emotes, up to the very last one. I do emotes for fun every once in a while, and if anyone asks to do them I tell them they can't, sorry, and usually shock\jack them.
As for swearing.
People can swear.
Just not directly to other players. I don't always pay attention to the chat box. (I'm usually reading or messing with my music) But if someone PMs me "He swore at me", I scroll up the chat box, find what they said and decide whether it was offensive, and action accordingly.

Once again, your opinion. But personally we've had better staff in the past. Not saying your'e horrible as a mod, but once again i've seen better in the past.

You don't know what I've done. You've known me for, what, 3 days? I agree the staff could be better, but I pay more attention to the "Noobs" and/or everyone else than most staff. X is a good mod too, but he's pretty inactive (AFK-ing doesn't count). But... Whatever.

I'd say that Cole is our top moderator and that Ryan is top in admins-- better than Con.   None of the staff are ever active other than Cole, Ryan, and technically X. When X is online he is afk though. Cole and Ryan are litterally the only staff members I'd keep if I was Jeremy if he went on activity and job completion. I'd include Mooshu, Daxking, and Triniboy in the overall judgement. I'd only keep Mute and Volcanic Me on the forums. Bill is active less than once a month and Pavillion logs on and nothing else. I'd have it like this...

For one, Most moderators and Players don't other players, who knows, they may say no to a play because they don't like them.

I was a mod with, Volcanic me, I poon I and Flame, They didn't like me at all.
