1-50 Attack, Strength, Defence - Train on 'Mans' ::lumby
50-90 Attack, Strength, Defence - Train on 'Wizards' ::northpole
90-120 Attack, Strength, Defence - Train on 'Asyn Shades' (Location is found in Pk0wnedalls guide.)
120-135 Attack, Strength, Defence - Train On 'Shade' ::etele, to the west

Level 1 Str, Att, Def to 40 - level 2 man (i have done this guide part.)
Level 40 Str, Att, Def to 70 - level 66 Wizards (be careful.) (i have done this guide part.)
Level 70 Str, Att, Def to 100 - Azyn Shades (i dont know the level of azyn shades.) (i am going to try this guide part.)
