um just kill them and dont go in wildy when there are 1 of you and 3 of them, another thing is they dont carry anything so they can come back in seconds after you kill them.

As in 'Noob' = Newbie. AKA somebody who isn't very skilled at the game yet. (I used to 0-Item whilst I got used to WS's different combat system, so this is understandable)
