People being mean is always on worldscape, It's really something that cannot be removed.. Everyone is mean sometimes, I'd just put them on my ignore and ignore them.

Besides, if they're honestly going to call people names, then they're a waste of time and maturity.

Like Mia said, everybody has there moods.

Perhaps they were upset about something that has happened in their life (Like me), and they are trying their best to take out that anger\pain somehow.

If you see someone hurting like this, you should stop and ask them what's wrong, and try and cheer them up.
If they just keep doing it, put them on your ignore, and just let them be.
