Another thing, you all know Jagex doesn't read report-appeals right? Nothing that you say in those matters at all, ever. No "Ill kill myself" or a huge paragraph on learning your lesson. Type some random sentences in a paragraph and send it, you'll have as much a chance as anyone else.
And, I believe they choose mods 3/15,000 not 3/1,500. What does that mean anyways? 3 in fifteen thousand Moderators are chosen to moderate every day? :P

Yes they do i appeal for a ban since i was ban for no reason, but it turned out this guy hacked me and got me ban.. anyways i told him it was not me and there i got unban.

Without the internet, Touhou or my thoughts, I have very little a life.

It's really sad that only about 2 of the 115+ characters of Touhou is a guy(Humans in the 'Human Village' don't count. =O), and Touhou is still more manly than "those war games".
That, and Touhou is harder, more challenging, more extremely painful than any game you've ever played. It's no wonder I don't know the difference between Halo, Call of Duty, World at War and the etcetera.
