One.) I think Bill got the point when he posted on this.
Two.) There's loads of petty arguing. That's gonna have to stop.
Three.) I'd prefer it if no one asks for locks. I think it belittles the position if people continuously ask for locks and/or attempt to moderate themselves. I'll take care of it, I do thank you for your efforts, but leave the moderating to me. You guys just enjoy the forums and the wonders it holds.
